All Star Hostel London's Head Office will email you within 24 hours of you making your booking. To confirm the booking, a GBP 25/50 refundable damage deposit will be taken from your credit card.

There is a 5% charge for credit card payments. A prepay service is in operation for electricity. Amendments must be made at least 2 weeks in advance, cost £25 and are subject to availability. Late check-ins cost £25 and must be arranged with and confirmed by email from Head Office. For 6pm-9am check-ins the full balance will be deducted from the credit card you used to make the booking. Checkouts on Sundays cost £25. There is no check-in or check-out on 25th & 26th Dec and 1st Jan.

One set of bed linen is given per customer, but towels are not provided.
