Waverley is the nearest station to Harbour Apartments, and a shuttle bus operates to Harbour Apartments from 6 Queen Street (which is just a short stroll from the train station). Whilst studying in Scotland you can also extend your educational trip to take in a few English cities: just hop on a train and you could enjoy a trip to Durham (1 hour 45 minutes) or London (4 hours 30 minutes) via the direct rail links.
There are numerous attractions within walking distance of your accommodation,
as Leith Dockland has undergone a major development to become a cosmopolitan
waterfront destination with cafes, restaurants, the Terrance Conran designed
Ocean Terminal shopping centre and of course the Royal Yacht Britannia. You will
also be able to visit a number of tourist attractions in the city centre (thanks
to the free shuttle bus) such as Princes Street, Edinburgh Castle, and the Royal
Mile.

Please note: check-in (from 15:00) is on the
ground floor of Block C. For early arrivals, free luggage storage is available
at 6 Queen Street. Check-out is by 10:00. Late check-outs must be arranged in
advance (or at check-in) and incur a charge, as does luggage storage on your
departure day. Express check-in/out is available at 6 Queen Street.
