As of the 1st
of December 2007, development of residential accommodation will start in the
rear car park and gardens. Building works will be in operation between 7am - 4pm
and will run for a 12 month period.
The hotel bedrooms to the rear of
the hotel will have obstructed views. The private gardens to the rear of the
hotel will no longer be available for use by hotel guests.
