EC London is part of EC, an international group of language schools renowned for high quality English tuition. EC London in Covent Garden, Central London, was established in 1969. International students come here to learn English and experience life in a multi-cultural, historic capital.

EC London has courses for adults including General English, Intensive English and One to One Tuition for 20 to 30 lessons a week. It also offers examination preparation classes for the Cambridge Papers and IELTS, a full Academic Year course and Business English in mini groups of up to 6, or as one to one. The Full Immersion course combines 40 one to one lessons a week with 15 hours self study accompanied by a teacher!

The regular Friday pub nights with teachers are lots of fun. There are plenty of other optional activities that you can take part in including visits to attractions like the Museum of London, full day excursions to places like Oxford and trips to other European capital cities such as Amsterdam.

Facilities at EC London

EC London was totally refurbished in 2005 and provides you with modern, purpose built facilities. There are 11 bright and spacious classrooms and a library which comes in handy after lessons. You will benefit from free email and internet access and wireless internet access throughout. The hub of activity in EC London is the cafeteria where students hang out and grab snacks, meals, and drinks. You can even challenge your friends to a game of pool or watch the home cinema together.

EC London is located on a quiet side street in the bustling area of Covent Garden in Central London. Covent Garden is famously known for the busy stalls at Covent Garden Market and the organised on street entertainment which includes magicians and musicians.

The theatres of the West End surround this language school so treat yourself to plays and musicals. To get a true taste of multicultural London you should visit Soho and the restaurants in China Town. The British Museum and the high street stores of Oxford Street are also within easy walking distance of EC London.
