Accommodation in Henley-on-Thames
Henley-on-Thames is famous for the Henley Royal Regatta, a truly English event rich in tradition. The regatta was first staged in 1839 and is historically linked with the Royal Family. The town is home to Henley Management College as well as Henley College, which runs a very succesful foreign language International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme and an English Language for Foreign Speakers course. Reading and High Wycombe train stations are nearby with rail services direct into Central London, but the town also has its own attractions, including the Bohun Gallery, the Henley Exhibition Centre and the River Thames.
